Shotover Jet is the only company permitted to operate in the spectacular Shotover River Canyons and it’s a thrilling ride. From the moment the accelerator hits the floor your adrenaline hits the roof as you speed in mere centimetres of water along the famous Shotover River and deep into the Canyons. As the rocky walls tower over you, your expert driver puts your ‘Big Red’ through its paces and skilfully whips the Jet Boat past rocky outcrops, skims around crags and boulders, and twists through the narrow imposing canyons at breath taking speeds.
A major highlight - hold tight for the world famous Shotover Jet full 360 degree spins. Where, at speed, your driver spins the boat a full 360 degrees within the boats own length and without losing momentum keeps speeding along the river.

- Life jackets and full length spray jackets are provided.
- Warm jackets, gloves and hats are recommended in winter months.
